Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change, and despite a registrant’s best intentions, they may not be able to attend an event they have registered for. If a registrant is unable to attend the event, they can have an alternate person attend in their place. Otherwise:

• Is a registrant cancels 2 weeks before an event, AX will keep a $10 administrative fee and refund the remainder to the original method of payment.
• If a registrant cancels within 1 week before the event date, AX will keep 50% of the cost plus a $10 administrative fee.
• AX can not offer any refund for cancellations on the day of the event.
• Some exceptions may apply, at AX’s discretion. And of course, if AX cancels the event, a full refund will be issued.
