AX Music Series presents Brent Mason
We’re pleased to announce our first music concert in many months, this time outdoors! Brent Mason was scheduled to perform at AX in April, but due to COVID-19, his concert had to be rescheduled. Join us at the Sussex Rotary Amphitheatre on Saturday, August 29 at 2:00 p.m. (rain date August 30 at 2:00 p.m.) to welcome Brent Mason to Sussex for a live show! Please note that we have reduced the ticket price from $20 to $15 to reflect the change in venue and would appreciate any donations to help cover additional costs.
Brent is a Saint John-based songwriter and acoustic guitar player who has been performing for 25 years, and he’s an AX favourite. He has just released his 11th album, Fireflies, and has been nominated for, and/or won ECMA and Music NB awards, including MNB folk/roots recording of the year in 2012.
You can purchase your tickets within a “bubble” on the lawn in front of the amphitheatre by filling out this form. We will only be taking payments online so we can be sure everyone is registered in compliance with the Town’s COVID-19 operational plan. However, if you would like help filling out this online form, you can call us at (506) 433-8351 and we will guide you through it. Don’t forget to bring a chair or a blanket for folks in your bubble to sit on, and water bottles in case you get thirsty! Masks are not mandatory during the concert, but you will need one to check in when you arrive and if you wish to purchase merchandise from Brent, so we encourage everyone to bring a mask.
