Celebrate mothers day with a unique and creative experience by participating in a watercolour paint and sip class! Join us in the AX Workshop Room on May 7th from 6-8pm for a Paint & Sip Watercolour Workshop with local artist Kayla Collins.
Explore the world of watercolour as you’re guided through the fundamentals and create a beautiful landscape painting of your own. Coming together to celebrate though we love and share a fun experience is the perfect combo.
Whether you’re a total beginner or have painted before, you’ll leave with new skills and a masterpiece to be proud of! You don’t have to be a mom, or bring a mom, to enjoy this workshop — all are welcome!
About the Instructor
Born and raised in Sussex, NB, Kayla Collins is a multidisciplinary artist with a primary focus on watercolour painting. She developed her skills through academic studies in Art History and a Fine Arts minor at Mount Allison University, along with training in Graphic and Communications Design at NBCC.
Kayla’s artistic practice combines traditional fine art techniques with modern digital tools, allowing her to transform and share her work in fresh and engaging ways. While she explores a variety of subjects, her work primarily focuses on capturing life’s fleeting beauty in moments both intimate and grand.
