AX is pleased to announce our next virtual concert, March 13 at 7:00 p.m., featuring the traditional Irish stylings of New Brunswick folk duo Frantically Atlantic. This concert will be pre-recorded and available to watch on the AX Facebook page, via Facebook Premiere. Frantically Atlantic will also be present in the chat during the performance. Frantically Atlantic Bio
Don Rigley and Michelle Daigle, of Frantically Atlantic are a New Brunswick based duo with a broad repertoire of Celtic / East Coast / Folk / and Acadian tunes and songs – original and traditional. Their instruments include fiddle, vocals, hammered dulcimer, Irish bouzouki, bodhran, whistles, guitar, concertina, banjo, ukulele, and spoons. In their combined history they have performed in Atlantic Canada, Quebec, Ontario, New England and Ireland. Frantically Atlantic were nominees for the Music NB Awards in the category of Traditional / Roots Artist of the year.
The pre-recorded video will remain available on the AX Facebook page and will also be uploaded to our AX YouTube channel afterwards. And if you’d like to see Frantically Atlantic in person, they’re performing live on March 17, 7:30 p.m. at the Fredericton Playhouse.
